WemapPositioningSDK VPS Local

This module is a pre-release, alpha offline VPS location source. Its entire public API is marked @AlphaVpsLocalApi and requires an explicit opt-in to use.

It does not follow semantic versioning. Any declaration may change incompatibly, or be removed entirely, in any release — including patch releases. Do not depend on it in production without pinning an exact version and expecting to adapt on every upgrade.

Offline visual positioning: works like the online WemapVPSARCoreLocationSource, but fully offline (no VPS network service) and without ARCore — camera frames are captured via CameraX and matched against a pre-built map database on the device.
